My name is Danielle Maree and I live in Arizona. I am native, which is to say I was born here, live here, will most likely die here. I love the desert. The smell of the earth is a treat that smothers us only when it rains and every stick is brown accept for the sticks that are green. (the palo verdes) I have grown up in the world and of the world sampling creativity and spawning it. I am a jack of all trades, though mostly I write and aspire to be a writeR. I like literature and thats what I stick to, so thats what I write, and or try. Other interests of mine are interior design, and obviously photography. I do not go to school for interior design. I would like to however, i think it wise to pursue my writing. Both are equally difficult...Being a writer is like being a movie star, its fucking hard, and most dont make it, but I am confident in my talents.

I think I am quite a prodigy with the lens, sadly though I only have the most basic and the most archaic of cannon digital cameras to ever snap the red in someones eye and therefore any great image I have in my mind is muted by the caliber of the system I use. Which is to say my Camera fucking sucks. How infuriating.

My pictures are all my own, and all shot by me, give or take a couple that i specify. I do not use a tripod, I use my clenched hand and extended arm, and I do not use flash or lamps I use the natural light around me, which is very difficult and often adds to the poor quality. I do like to photoshop, but I use less of it now, actually, now I dont use it at all, though you'll find some old pictures in my gallery that are. I know my work is not amazing, like many of the artists who go unrecognized on this forum, however you must look past that and into the greater image, that would be made perfect had I a nicer camera. In anycase, right now I only post photos, but I hope to soon post drawings, paintings, and some of my literature, though I am hesitant because the wirtten word is easily stolen, and frankly I dont trust you.
